  • Barring extreme weather, orders are shipped the Monday or Tuesday after orders are placed.

  • We will list all orders as “hold for pick up” unless otherwise specified after our initial email contact.

  • If there’s an issue with any bugs you receive that are DOA and the package was opened within one hour of delivery if you opt for home delivery, we will replace or refund the cost. If the customer opts for “hold for pickup” and said package was in a climate-controlled environment, we will refund or replace. If there is a delay in shipping that is out of our hands, we will work with that on a case by case basis.
